Regulator of G protein signaling proteins differentially control opioid analgesia


Regulators of G proteins signaling (RGS) proteins are intracellular proteins that regulate opioid actions. The aim is to identify RGS proteins as novel drug targets for the management of pain and/or dependence on opioids.
