Dr. Clark is a health services researcher with over 25 years evaluating Medicaid programs and policies, including co-leading the evaluation of Michigan’s 1115 behavioral health waiver. She is also a university partner and executive committee member in the Medicaid Outcomes Distributed Research Network (MODRN), examining patterns of OUD treatment across states. Dr. Clark serves as Co-Director of the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital National Poll on Children’s Health.
Her current work focuses on immunization policies at the state and federal level; physician knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to child health; parental perspectives on child health; and evaluation of Medicaid policy and programs.
