Eliza Hutchinson, MD, FASAM

Eliza Hutchinson, MD, FASAM is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine and currently is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan and Medical Director of Addiction Services at Packard Health, a federally qualified health center in Ann Arbor, MI. Also working with Michigan OPEN, she provides addiction education and support to clinicians across Michigan and serves as Lead Physician for Michigan’s Telehealth Buprenorphine Warmline. At Packard and in her prior work in Seattle, WA, Dr. Hutchinson has cultivated unique models of care for individuals involved in the carceral system. She is a passionate advocate for expanding primary care-based addiction treatment, improving the health of justice-involved individuals, gender affirming care, and stigma reduction.
