Commander Nicholas Cushman, PharmD, MHA, BCACP, is a U.S. Public Health Service officer and member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. He earned his BS and PharmD from the University of Michigan (U-M) with support from the IHS Health Professions Scholarship. He currently serves as Senior Area Clinical Program Coordinator for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, where he leads efforts to enhance pharmacy services and improve healthcare delivery in tribal communities. He also serves as Co-Director of the U-M College of Pharmacy Collaborative for Indigenous Resources in Care, Learning, and Excellence (UMCOP-CIRCLE).
