Dr. Paulo Zupelari Gonçalves, DDS, MS, PhD, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. His clinical, teaching, and research work focuses on the management of orofacial pain, temporomandibular joint disorders, and complex surgical care, with particular attention to pain management strategies and patient safety.
